Turn on the religious channel and every money-hungry, diamond-wearing preacher is "saved." What are they saved from? All denominational churches preach the same "plan of salvation" and pronounce their "converts" - "saved," after one little prayer. What are they saved from? Salvation to them is wrapped up in one verse, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Is this the only teaching on salvation in the scriptures? Any verse taken out of context can create a false teaching that will damn man's souls to hell. What are they saved from?
Scripture predicted that satan would produce his own "plan of salvation" that would become popular and accepted by all and thus become the "plan of damnation." God's prophets and preachers all were hated and murdered for telling the truth of God's coming judgment day, yet today preachers are loved, rich, prosperous, and on the cover of magazines. What are they saved from? Jude 4 teaches us, "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ." They have turned God's grace into an excuse to sin; thus not offending anyone and being loved by all. What are they saved from?
Since the beginning of time, satan has known that sin condemns a man to hell; therefore, he has encouraged man to sin, starting with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. He questioned God's commandments saying, "Yea hath God said?" Throughout the entire Bible, we see that God had to bring judgment upon "His people" for their sins, because they turned and excused their sin instead of repenting and turning from their sins by keeping His commandments and practicing righteousness.
